My housemate lived in Bosnia for the summer. Her friend there had met this girl who loved literature and he was getting really into reading as a result. She told me that this girl was really poor and couldn't get books from the library there because there are none. So she stole them. Hundreds of books. Then when she'd read them she donated them to the library.
